Indication: Chong + Ren Injury from Liver Fire, Beng Lou syndrome

Symptoms: Continuous menstruation or uterine bleeding that alternates between trickling and gushing of blood (Beng Lou). The blood is very red an may contain dark-purple clots. May include a sensation of heat and irritability in the chest, abdominal pain, dark urine.

Tongue: red; Pulse: rapid, wiry
