Indication: Blood Buildup (xu xue) in Lower Jiao due to Blood Stasis and Heat

Symptoms: Acute lower abdominal pain, smooth urination, night fevers, delirious speech, irritability, restlessness and thirst. If severe, may have manic behavior. Women usually present with dysmenorrhea or amenorrhea.

Tongue: purple, yellow coat; Pulse: deep, full, choppy
